Hyper-Reach is a community alerting system capable of sending text messages to your cell phone, text to voice messages to your land line or e-mails in time of emergency. This is a community alerting system and is NOT used for any commercial purpose. It will enable Shamokin Dam Borough or our police to instantly relay vital information to Borough residents. There is no cost to sign up and an added benefit would be receiving Snyder County alerts as well.
